No — you purchase licences directly (or via your preferred reseller). We’ll tell you what you need and what you don’t.
What if I already have Microsoft 365 set up?
Great — we can tidy and restructure it. Virtual Office can be a clean-up as well as a new setup.
Will this be “enterprise complicated”?
No. This offer prioritises usability and clarity. We only add complexity when it has a real purpose.
Can you migrate my old emails and files?
Sometimes, yes — but migrations vary widely. If it’s small and simple, we’ll include it. If it’s complex, we’ll scope it separately.
Can we add automation later?
Yes. Virtual Office is designed to be a clean base layer. Automation becomes much easier once the foundation is correct.
